1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Renovation Of Part Of The Facade, Stairs And The Area Around The Tor - Tor Ice Rink In Toruń. 2) The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Renovation Of The Square And Communication Routes From The Side Of Ul. Kazimierz Osmański;B) Construction And Renovation Of The Drainage System, Including Repair Or Replacement Of Drainage Pipes To The Extent Necessary To Ensure Efficient Drainage;C) Works On Green Areas;D) Renovation Of Gallery Floors And Stairs Leading To The Upper Levels Of The Stands;E) Waterproofing Of The Galleries And Stairs;F) Making Natural Stone Cladding;G) Replacing Door Joinery;H) Renovation Of The Façade;I) Renovation Of Reinforced Concrete Structural Elements Of The Stairs, Galleries And Balustrades;J) Cleaning, Protection And Painting Of Steel Elements;K) Demolition, Preparatory, Security, Finishing And Cleaning Works Related To The Above Scope.3) The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract To The Extent And In The Manner Specified In The Technical Description And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Studies Prepared By Stimat Tomasz Lewandowski Wąbrzeźno) Components Of The Design Documentation And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Listed In The Annex No. 1 To The Contract) And In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Standards, And Construction Practices, Based On An Inspection Of The Construction Site. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Order Taking Into Account The Accessibility Requirements For Disabled People Indicated In The Design Documentation And In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works.
