On The First Floor, The Existing Staircase Should Be Demolished And A Corridor Room Should Be Created In Its Place. As Part Of The Order, The Staircase Should Be Expanded With An Access Platform For Disabled People In Order To Eliminate Architectural Barriers In The Building. Attention! The Design Documentation Covers A Wider Scope Of Investments Than Those Covered By This Order. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In Point 4.2 Of The Swz And The Bill Of Quantities.
