The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Consisting In The Expansion Of The Sidewalk Along Bańgowska Street In Siemianowice Śląskie, Together With The Construction Of A Pedestrian Crossing And Marking.1.1. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Construction Of A Sidewalk On The Side Of The Street. Skalna, 3 M Wide And Approx. 22 M Long (Including The Inclusion Of Ul. Skalna Into Ul. Bańgowska), With A Surface Made Of Concrete Paving Stones, B) Construction Of A Pedestrian Crossing, C) Construction Of A Sidewalk On The Other Side Of The Street As An Access To The Existing Pedestrian Route, 4 M Wide And 1.95 M Long, With A Paving Stone Surface, D) Construction Of Vertical Markings And Elements Improving The Safety Of The Pedestrian Crossing (D6 Vertical Signs Equipped With Active Warning Lighting - 2 Pieces, A-16 Signs With Motion Sensors, Thick-Layer Horizontal Markings, Acoustic Strips), E) Construction Of A Power Supply Cable Line With A Control Cabinet 1.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Bill Of Quantities (Appendix No. 6 To The Swz), B) Designed Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 5 To The Swz), C) Design Documentation (Appendix No. 3 To The Swz), D) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz), - Hereinafter Collectively Referred To As The Documentation. 1.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Appendix No. 5 To The Swz).1.4. The Ordering Party Will Require The Selected Contractor To Submit, Within 14 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, A Material And Financial Schedule For The Implementation Of The Works Specifying The Commencement And Completion Dates Of The Works Before Commencing The Works, As Well As A Temporary Traffic Organization Design For The Duration Of The Works.1.5. The Selected Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Guarantee And Warranty For The Subject Of The Order For A Period Consistent With The Contractors Offer, But Not Shorter Than 60 Months, Counting From The Day Following The Day Of The Official Acceptance Without Any Reservations Of The Entire Subject Of The Order.1.6. During The Warranty Period, The Selected Contractor Will Be Obliged To Participate, At Each Request Of The Ordering Party And With His Participation, In Warranty Inspections And To Immediately Start Removing The Identified Defects, Within A Period Not Longer Than 14 Days From The Moment Of Their Discovery And Delivery Of The Request To The Contractor To Remove Them.1.7.
