The Subject Of The Order Is Detailed In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. Attention! The Scope Of Work Does Not Include The Delivery And Installation Of The Elements Of The Hydrophore Set Included In The Bill Of Quantities In Item 58 Point 2; Pos. 66 Points 2 And 3. The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz Is Only Auxiliary Material.3. During The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Carry Out Inspection Activities Towards The Contractor In Terms Of Compliance By The Contractor Or Subcontractor With The Requirement Of Employing, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing Construction Works Related To The Fire-Fighting Water Supply System, Cold And Hot Water Installation And Electrical Installation. The Ordering Party Requires Employment Under An Employment Agreement In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended), By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of Persons Performing Activities During The Execution Of The Order, I.E. Construction Works Related To The Fire-Fighting Water Supply System, Cold And Hot Water Installation And Electrical Installation.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts. The Proceedings In Question Constitute Part Of The Order. Individual Parts Are The Subject Of Separate Orders.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks Of The Subject Of The Order.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers.7. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers.8. The Ordering Party Does Not Plan To Carry Out An On-Site Visit
