The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Skate Park At Ul. Wysoka In Włocławek As Part Of The Investment Project Called Expansion Of The Pump Track And Skate Park In Słodów. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Expansion Of The Skate Park At Ul. Wysoka Through The Construction Of Recreational And Sports Facilities Such As Bowl And A Skate Park With Obstacles For The Youngest (For Beginners) Residents Of The City Of Włocławek And The Surrounding Area, Practicing Sports Such As Skateboarding, Scooter Riding, Roller Skating Or Bmx, Along With The Construction Of A Lighting Cable Line For The Investment. The Investment In Question Is Located In The Area Of The Intersection Of Szpitalna Street And Wysoka Street, In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Inter-Osiedle Municipal Swimming Pool In Włocławek, On Plots No. 11/6 Within Włocławek Km 39 And No. 1/3 Within Włocławek Km 41. List Of Designed Surfaces And Road Elements: • Surface Of The Bowl Recreational And Sports Facility ~ 350 M², • Surface Of The Skatepark Recreational And Sports Facility ~ 140 M². Construction Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation Prepared By The Company: Mbz Andler, Tomczak Sp.J., Ul. Maślana 8/10, 87-800 Włocławek. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For Built-In Materials, Elements And Installed Devices For The Periods Specified In The Manufacturers Warranty Cards, But Not Shorter Than 24 Months, Which Will Start From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain The Green Areas (Lawns And Planted Trees And Shrubs) For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Detailed Technical Specification. Guarantee And Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Order (Excluding The Greenery Industry) - In Accordance With The Offer Presented By The Contractor, But Not Less Than 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Protocol (Maximum 60 Months). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Technologies And Scope Of Work, Were Specified In The Design Documentation And In The Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz.
