1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Development Of Design Documentation And, Based On It, The Performance Of Construction Works. The Investment Includes Works Aimed At Building Pedestrian Crossing Lighting On Ul. Górnicza In Zgorzelec. The Order Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula.2. Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Section 1, Was Divided Into Two Stages: 1) Stage I Design - In Which Design Documentation Should Be Developed Based On The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu) Referred To In Section 7 Of This Chapter, If Necessary - Obtain A Building Permit Or Report Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit And Exercise Authors Supervision As Provided For In Art. 20 Section 1 Point 4 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law. 2) Stage Ii Build - In Which Construction Works Should Be Performed Based On The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor Under This Order.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes All Works Included In The Construction Process, From The Preparation Of Design Documentation, Through The Execution Of Construction Works, To The Preparation Of As-Built Documentation Together With An As-Built Map, And In Particular: 1) Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Cost Estimate(S) And Development Of Changes To The Traffic Organization Design, To The Extent Consistent With The Requirements Specified In The Fup, Together With All Design Studies And Arrangements Necessary To Prepare This Documentation, 2) Obtaining The Legally Required Decisions, Permits, Opinions, Conditions, Arrangements As Well As Other Documents Necessary To Perform Construction Works Described In The Fup, 3) Carrying Out Construction Works With Due Diligence, Based On The Design Documentation Approved By The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Respecting The Provisions Contained In The Obtained Decisions, Permits, Conditions, Opinions And Arrangements And Other Documents Related To The Construction Process For The Works Being Carried Out, 4) Exercising Authors Supervision.4.
