The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Construction Work Consisting In The Extension Of Płaszowska Street On The Section From Paproci Street To Saska Street In Krakow, Together With The Reconstruction Of Existing Transmission Networks, Road Lighting, Reconstruction Of Traffic Lights And The Construction Of A Water Supply Network With Connections. The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Order On The Basis Of: • Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu), Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz; • Detailed Technical Specification Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz; • Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz; • Bills Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz.3. If Manufacturers Names, Trademarks, Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems Appear In Any Annex To The Swz, The Products May Be Replaced By Equivalent Ones. The Ordering Party Will Consider Equivalent Solutions To Be Solutions That Make It Possible To Achieve The Effect Intended By The Ordering Party Using Other Technical Solutions. An Identical (Identical) Solution Cannot Be Considered An Equivalent Solution, But Only One That Shows Exactly The Same Or Very Similar Utility Value In The Compared Features. By Indicating The Manufacturers Name, Trademarks, Standards, Approvals Or Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Aimed To Determine The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Goods Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only The Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. By The Provision Regarding The Minimum Requirements For Quality Parameters, The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements Of The Goods Contained In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogues, Manufacturers Websites, And The Like. The Use Of Exemplary Manufacturers Names Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of Expectations Of The Ordering Party In Relation To A Specific Solution.4.
