In Its Existing Condition, The Section Of The Municipal Road Covered By The Study Has Roadways With A Bituminous Surface Of Irregular Width (3.3 - 4.0), Which Results From Numerous Defects And Improperly Performed Current Repairs, During Which The Existing Road Widths Were Not Respected. The Situational And Height Measurement And Arrangements With The Road Manager Show That The Original And Proper Width Of The Municipal Road Road Is 3.5 M. The Existing Surface Of The Municipal Road Shows Numerous Defects, Visible Traces Of Current Repairs And Surface Cracks. In The Existing Condition, The Dirt Shoulders On Both Sides Are Significantly Higher Than The Road Surface Of The Municipal Road, And The Road Ditches And Silt-Covered Moguls Do Not Fulfill Their Function, Preventing Proper Drainage Of Rainwater And Meltwater From The Road Of The Municipal Road. The Existing Exits To The Adjacent Properties Are Exits With Different Surfaces (Earth Or Dirt-Slag / Concrete Block Surface / Bituminous Surface).
