Technical Documentation And In The Bill Of Quantities/Offer Cost Estimate In Excel For The Evaluation Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz (3 Sheets), Which The Contractor Should Price And Attach To The Offer. The Attached Documentation Covers A Wider Scope Than Covered By This Procedure - The Offer Cost Estimate In Excel, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz, Covers The Material Scope That Should Be Implemented. 3. The Contractor Is Responsible For Carrying Out The Works In Accordance With The Technical Documentation, Investor Supervision Instructions, Observing The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Standards, Regulations, Permits And Technical Conditions. Moreover, The Ordering Party Recommends That, For The Duration Of The Order, The Contractor Appoints A Construction Manager In The Construction Specialty And Provides Work Managers From Other Industries If Necessary And/Or Required By Law, As Referred To In Paragraph 11 Of Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
