The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works For The Investment Titled: Construction Of A Warehouse And Garage Building As A Base For The Municipal Headquarters Of The State Fire Service (Km Psp) In Suwałki With Technical Infrastructure: - Underground Power Installation - Underground Rainwater Drainage Installation - Underground Sanitary Sewage Installation With A Separator.2. Investment Location: Suwałki, Ul. Adama Mickiewicza, Registration Plot No. 11392/1 (Land Contour 14U Including Plots No. 11392/1 And 11392/3).3. The Ordering Party Informs That The Applicable Form Of Settlement Between The Parties Will Be A Lump Sum Remuneration. The Lump Sum Remuneration Includes All Costs Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order And All Other Activities And Services Necessary To Perform The Order In Accordance With Its Purpose.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works In Accordance With Construction Practice, Applicable Regulations And Standards And In Compliance With Health And Safety Regulations. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Notify Network Operators In Advance About The Date Of Completion Of The Works. The Contractor Also Guarantees The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Under The Supervision Of Persons With The Required Professional Preparation To Perform Independent Technical Functions In Construction.4. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Minimum 60-Month Quality Guarantee And A Minimum 60-Month Warranty For The Construction Works Performed, Materials Incorporated And Devices Delivered.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Described In The Following Documents: 1) Specification Of The Terms Of Order (Swz), 2) Design Documentation With Annexes, 3) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, 4) Draft Provisions Of The Contract. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 7 To The Swz.6. Due To The Lump-Sum Remuneration, The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Is Only Of Auxiliary Nature. The Bill Of Quantities Does Not Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (It Has An Auxiliary Function) And Does Not Constitute The Basis For The Offer Valuation. 7. The Ordering Party Does Not Require Contractors To Attach A Cost Estimate Or Other Price Calculation To Their Offer, But Requires The Submission Of An Offer Cost Estimate Prepared Using The Attached Bill Of Quantities Before Signing The Construction Contract.
