The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Related To The First Stage Of The Construction Of A Storm Sewage System In The Area Of The Roma Settlement In Maszkowice As Part Of The Program For The Social And Civic Integration Of The Roma In Poland For 2021-2030, Consisting In The Implementation Of A Comprehensive Drainage System Ensuring Effective Management Of Rainwater And Protection Of The Roma Settlement Against Excessive Accumulation Of Water In Its Area, On The Terms Specified In The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Construction Of A Storm Sewage System, In Including: - Execution Of Earthworks And Preparatory Works, - Construction Of A Rainwater Canal, - Transverse Crossing Of The Road Section Dw No. 969 Using The Trenchless Method, - Construction Of A Pumping Station (Including Accompanying Works), - Construction Of An Outlet For Rainwater And Meltwater Of The Dunajec River Together With Works Consisting In Strengthening The Dunajec River Bed In The Area Of The Outlet. The Scope Of The Order (I.E. Stage I) Includes The Land Development Design - A Map With The Scope Marked In Yellow.2. During The Works, Access And Access To Existing Facilities Should Be Ensured, Limiting The Nuisance Caused By Construction Works To A Minimum. Demolition Materials Should Be Classified As Reusable Materials. The Contractor Will Remove Recyclable Materials From The Construction Site To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz, Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz And The Provisions Of The Swz. The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
