The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Organization And Implementation Of A 4-Day National Study Trip To Żuławy For 43 Participants, Planned On October 19-22, 2026, As Part Of The Operation Entitled Żuławy - Tradition And Modernity In Agriculture And Water Management. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Provision Of Bus Transport On The Kalsk - Żuławy - Kalsk Route And Transport During The Entire Stay; 2) Provision Of Accommodation, Full Board And Insurance For Participants; 3) Provision Of Pilot Care And Comprehensive Organizational Support For The Trip; 4) Preparation And Implementation Of A Substantive Program, Including Visits To Farms, Institutions And Initiatives Related To Agriculture And Facilities Hydrotechnical And Water Drainage Systems;5) Organization Of Demonstrations And Processing Workshops, Meetings With Experts And Information And Networking Meetings;6) Covering The Costs Of Visits, Meetings And Other Costs Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Trip Program; In The Event Of Circumstances Preventing The Trip On The Indicated Date, The Trip Will Be Carried Out On The Second Date Approved By The Ordering Party, And The Trip Will Be Completed By Mid-November 2026. The Conditions For Changing The Date Are Described In Annex No. 2 To Swz. The Detailed Scope, Requirements For Individual Services And The Framework Schedule Of The Trip Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Annex No. 2 Draft Contract.
