The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Plc Controller Sets With Equipment For The Automation And Mechatronics Workshop Of The Technical And General Education School Complex No. 3. E. Abramowskiego In Katowicethe Set Includes: Drive And Sensor Elements, Plc Controllers, Hmi Panels, Expansion Modules, Pneumatics, Electro-Pneumatics, Software, Teaching Models And Auxiliary Equipment. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 6 To The Swz. All Parameters Indicated Therein Are Minimum Requirements. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions With No Worse Parameters. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Documentation In Polish Or English: Operating, Safety And Startup Instructions, Connection Diagrams, Description Of Elements And A Copy Of The Startup Configuration. The Contractor Provides Warranty Service From The Manufacturer, An Authorized Service Center Or An Entity With The Required Authorizations And Access To Service Documentation. During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Will Provide Technical Support And Inspections Required By The Manufacturer Or Activities Necessary To Maintain The Warranty And Safe Operation. The Contractor Will Deliver The Equipment To The Ordering Party At Its Own Expense And Risk In The Quantity Specified By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Transport And Then Unpack The Equipment, Check Its Completeness And Lack Of Damage, Present The Startup And Basic Operation, And Discuss The Installation Of Controllers Without The Obligation To Install Them. The Offered Equipment Is To Be Brand New And Unused, Manufactured No Earlier Than 2026, Of Appropriate Quality And Functionality, Free From Defects, Made Of Materials Approved For Trading, Common Use And Use.
