Quantity 160 Tons. 1.2. Pellet - Quality Requirements: Pellets Must Meet The Requirements Of The Pn-En Iso 17225-2 Standard Solid Biofuels - Fuel Specifications And Classes - Part 2: Classes Of Wood Pellets, In Quality Class A1 Or A2, Or Equivalent Requirements (Requirements Ensuring At Least The Same Level Of Pellet Quality In Terms Of The Origin Of The Raw Material, Diameter, Length, Humidity, Calorific Value, Ash Content And Ash Deformation Temperature Are Considered Equivalent), And Have At Least The Following Parameters:• Raw Material: Coniferous Wood, Hardwood Or A Mixture Of Coniferous And Hardwood; • Pellets Made Of Chemically Untreated Wood, Without Contamination In The Form Of Non-Wood Materials; • No Chemical Additives, Glues, Adhesives, Hardeners Or Other Substances That May Cause Emissions Of Harmful Substances During Combustion; • Diameter: 6 ± 1 Mm Or 8 ± 1 Mm; • Length: From 3.15 Mm To 40 Mm, With A Maximum Of 1% Of Pellets Longer Than 40 Mm Allowed; Pellets With A Length Exceeding 45 Mm Are Unacceptable; • Calorific Value As Delivered: Not Less Than 16.5 Mj/Kg; • Humidity: Not More Than 10%; • Ash Content: No More Than 1.2%; • Ash Deformation Temperature: Not Less Than 1100°C.1.3. The Ordering Party Estimated The Demand For Pellets Based On Consumption In The 2024/2025 And 2025/2026 Heating Seasons. The Quantity Is An Estimate, Which Means That The Final Quantity Ordered Under The Contract May Change. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party For Failure To Complete The Full Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order. Minimum Order Quantity 70 Tons, Maximum Order Quantity 160 Tons.1.4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver The Ordered Quantity Of Pellets By Max. 5 Business Days From Placing The Order - Note: Delivery Deadline Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers. 1.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Know And Apply The Regulations Regarding Environmental Protection And Traffic Safety. Fees And Penalties For Exceeding The Standards Specified In The Relevant Environmental Protection Regulations During The Execution Of The Order Will Be Borne By The Contractor.
