1. . The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Light Fuel Oil For The Boiler Room In The School And Boarding House At The School Complex. Father Jan Krzysztof Kluk In Wojewodzina.2. The Delivery Must Be Carried Out Using Specialized Equipment And Tankers Intended For The Transport Of Fuel Oil, Equipped With Appropriate, Certified Fuel Flow Meters And Equipped With The Necessary Devices For Trouble-Free Pumping Of Oil Into The Tanks. Fuel Transport Should Meet The Requirements Of Relevant Legal Regulations, Including Those Regarding Fire Safety, Road Traffic And Environmental Protection. 3. Each Pumping Of Oil Into The Ordering Partys Tank Will Take Place Only In The Presence Of A Person Authorized By The Ordering Party.4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Supplied Light Fuel Oil Meets The Quality Conditions In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of December 1, 2016 On Quality Requirements Regarding The Sulfur Content Of Oils And The Types Of Installations And Conditions In Which Heavy Fuel Oils Will Be Used (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 2008). In Addition, It Is Required That Each Delivered Item Meets The Following Parameters: - Calorific Value: Min. 42.6 Mj/Kg, Flash Point: Min. 56 0C, Sulfur Content: Max. 0.10% (M/M), - Pour Point: Max. -20 0C - Density At 15 0C: Max. 860Kg/M35. With Each Delivery, It Is Required To Provide The Ordering Partys Representative - The Person Receiving The Given Batch Of Fuel Oil - With A Document Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Quality Condition Of The Delivered Oil (Quality Certificate) Specified By The Ordering Party In This Description. Transport Costs Will Be Included In The Price Of Light Fuel Oil. 6. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity Of Delivered Oil, In Relation To The Quantities Specified In Section 3, Due To Weather And Atmospheric Conditions Or As A Result Of Other Factors Affecting The Demand. The Ordering Party In Terms Of The Quantity Of Oil Supplies. In Such A Case, The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claims For Compensation From The Ordering Party For Changing The Scope Of The Order. Settlement For Deliveries Will Be Made In Accordance With The Actual Quantity Of Oil Delivered.
