1. Subject Of The Order.1.1. Upon The Ordering Partys Orders, The Contractor Undertakes To Sell And Deliver The Subject Of The Order Successively During The Contract Period, In Batches (Maximum 8 Batches), Within 14 Business Days From The Date Of Placing The Order By The Ordering Party.2.2. A Single Delivery Of A Batch Of The Subject Of The Order May Be A Minimum Of 12 Tons And A Maximum Of 18 Tons.2.3. The Quantities Of The Subject Of The Order That Will Be Sold And Delivered In One Batch Depend On The Needs Of The Ordering Party And Will Be Specified In The Written Order.
