The Subject Of The Order Includes The Development (Based On The Conceptual Design Presented In Part Iii Of The Swz) Of Comprehensive Design Documentation For The Construction Of The Fire Station Building With The Police Station, A Warehouse For Civil Protection And Civil Defense Resources, A Protective Structure - Hiding Place, As Well As Land Development And The Necessary Technical Infrastructure On The Plot With Registration Number 276/1 In Śmigiel. 3. The Subject Of The Order Includes Obtaining Documents Allowing The Commencement Of Construction Works, I.E. A Building Permit. 4. The Order Also Includes The Performance Of Authors Supervision Under The Concluded Contract And The Received Remuneration - Until The Completion Of Construction Works Covered By The Scope Of The Design Documentation.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In Part Iii Swz.6. Designation Of The Subject Of The Contract According To The Cpv Common Procurement Dictionary:- 71000000-8 – Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Control Services,- 71220000-6 – Architectural Design Services,- 71221000-3 – Architectural Services In The Field Of Construction Facilities,- 71240000-2 – Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services.7. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify Requirements Regarding The Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract Of Persons Performing Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Order Referred To In Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law.8. The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 91 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Act Informs That It Did Not Divide The Contract Into Parts Due To The Fact That Dividing The Contract In Question Would Pose A Risk Of Excessive Technical Difficulties Or Excessive Costs Of Contract Execution. The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Different Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract Could Jeopardize The Proper Performance Of The Contract.
