The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Equipment, I.E. Furniture To The Facility Of The Municipal Nursery Complex In Lublin, I.E. Nursery No. 6 In Lublin Located At Ul. Herberta 12. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Price Estimate Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Delivered By The Contractor Must Be New And Unused. 4.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Incomplete Offers. 4.5. The Elements Of Nursery Equipment That Are The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Standards And Parameters Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Price Estimate - Annex No. 2 To The Swz) Or The Contractor Must Demonstrate That He Has Applied Other Product Safety Measures Corresponding At Least To The Standard Or Parameters Indicated By The Ordering Party. Products Should Meet The Requirements Of Ergonomics And Safety; A The Contractor Should Guarantee Good Quality Of Products That Must Be Approved For Use.
