The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Commissioning Of A Mobile Water Treatment Plant With Additional Equipment (Hoses And Buffer Tanks) With A Capacity Of 30 M³/H. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Ensure Continuity Of Water Supplies With Parameters Consistent With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of May 22, 2026 On The Quality Of Water Intended For Human Consumption (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 748). For The Adopted Characteristics Of Raw Water, Including The Concentration Of Total Iron 647 Μg/L ± 10% And Ph 7.6, The System Must Ensure Effective Water Treatment To The Parameters Required In The Opz And Applicable Regulations. 1. The Subject Includes The Delivery Of A Complete, Brand New, Mobile Water Treatment Station For The Wieniawa Commune. The Station Must Be Ready For Operation After Delivery, Commissioning And Operational Tests. 2. The Station Must Enable Obtaining The Parameters Water In Accordance With The Intended Use Specified In The Opz And With Applicable Regulations On The Quality Of Water Intended For Human Consumption, If Such Purpose Results From The Opz.3. The Station Must Include All Technological Elements, Fittings, Automation, Installations, Connections, Protections, Measuring Elements, Control And Equipment Necessary For Proper Operation.4. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Order In Accordance With Generally Applicable Legal Regulations, In Particular Regarding The Quality Of Water Intended For Human Consumption, Sanitary Safety, Technical Devices And Installations, Electrical Safety And Requirements Regarding The Trailer And Its Use In Road Traffic.5. An Integral Part Of The Order Documentation Is: Swz, Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractors Offer And Technical Documentation Of The Offered Station And Its Components Provided In Accordance With The Opz And The Contract.6. In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Documents, Priority Shall Be Given To: Swz, Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractors Offer And The Technical Documentation Of The Device, Subject To Mandatory Provisions Of Law And Solutions More Favorable To The Ordering Party, If Offered By The Contractor.
