1. The Subject Of The Order Is An Inspection Of 8 Cable Stays In The Form Of An Inspection Of The Upper And Lower Anchors And An Inspection Of The Cable Strands On The Bridge. Tadeusz Mazowiecki In Rzeszów. The Inspection Includes In Particular A Visual Assessment Of Shrouds, External Covers, Anchors On The Side Of The Platform And Pylon, Shroud Equipment Elements, Inspection/Testing Of Strands, Free Deviators, Shroud Dampers, Cable Cover Along With The Lower And Upper Transition Zones, Including Checking For Possible Leaks In The Hdpe Cover And Correct Fastening Of Screw Connections. The Scope Of Inspection Of Shroud Anchors Includes: Disassembly Of The Cover Cap, Removal Of The Anti-Corrosion Protection Of Strand Ends And Jaws, Inspection Of Jaws And Strands In The Open Pit, Replacement Of Seals Of The Protective Cap And Its Reassembly, Injection Of Anti-Corrosion Gel, Cleaning Of The Nut And Cap From Corrosion Products And Protection With Zinc-Rich Paints, Disposal Of Dismantled Materials, Photos Of Shroud Anchors During The Inspection. Inspection Of Shroud Strands Includes Inspection Of Strands, Deviators Free As Well As Cable Dampers Within The Lower Cable Anchors In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Entry Of The Free Strands Into The Steel Structure Of The Anchor. The Openings Necessary For The Inspection Will Be Sealed Immediately After The Test, With A Material Ensuring The Same Protection Of The Cover As The Original One. The Inspection Aims To Determine The Proper Operation Of Selected Strands In Terms Of Their Arrangement And The Technical Condition Of The External Anti-Corrosion Layer. The Contractor Will Prepare A Final Report On The Inspection.2.
