1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Computer Equipment For The Needs Of The Biała Podlaska City Hall At Ul. Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego 3 In Biała Podlaska2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Said Means Of Evidence In These Proceedings.4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide A Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects On The Delivered Subject Of The Order For A Period Of Not Less Than 24 Months*, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol. Note: The Offered Warranty Period For Defects Cannot Be Shorter Than The Offered Warranty Period. The Contractor May Propose One Of The Following Warranty And Warranty Periods For Defects For The Delivered Subject Matter, I.E.: 24 Months Or 36 Months. The Minimum Warranty And Warranty Period Is 24 Months. The Maximum Guarantee And Warranty Period Is 36 Months. The Ordering Party Informs That The Warranty Period For The Delivered Subject Of The Order Is Also Subject To The Evaluation Of Offers In The Guarantee - G Criterion Specified In Chapter Xvii Of The Swz, In Accordance With The Rules Described There. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.6. The Contractor Must Offer The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Swz Together With Annexes, And Is Obliged To Indicate In The Offer Material And Price Form The Required Information Regarding The Offered Subject Of The Contract Indicated In The Form (Column F).
