1. The Subject Of This Order Is: Purchase Of A Tractor With Equipment For The Needs Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense Of The Bieliny Commune. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of One Brand New, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2025, Complete, Unused And Unregistered Agricultural Tractor With A Power Of At Least 91 Hp, Meeting The Approval Requirements For Driving On Public Roads, Ready For Work, Assembled, Filled With Operating Fluids, Compatible With Accessories: Front Loader, Snow Plow, Flail Mower, Disc Chipper And Road Sweeper, As Well As Documentation, Transport, Commissioning And Training.2. A Detailed Description Of The Minimum Requirements Is Provided In Appendix No. 6 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, While The Form Of Parameters Of The Offered Equipment Is Included In Appendix No. 6A To The Swz.3. The Offer Should Be Submitted Together With A Completed Form For The Parameters Of The Offered Equipment, Which Constitutes Annex No. 6A To The Swz. Form No. 6A Is An Integral Part Of The Content Of The Offer, Used To Identify The Offered Equipment And Its Parameters, And Is Not A Means Of Evidence.
