The Vehicle Must Be Brand New (Year Of Production 2026), Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Not Used For Demonstration Purposes, Without Mileage (Permissible Mileage Up To 50 Km Related To Vehicle Transport), Meeting The Requirements Of: - Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502, As Amended); - The Current Standard Pn:En 1789The Vehicle Must Be Adapted To Transport Min. 4 People In A Sitting Position And 1 Person In A Lying Position On A Stretcher.
