The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Development Of Design And Technical Documentation In The Form Of Construction Expertise Of The Underground Part For Each Of Five Selected Facilities That Can Function As Protective Structures Or Places Of Temporary Shelter. The Task Is Financed From The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026, In Accordance With The Agreement For Granting A Targeted Subsidy No. Bizk.Ii.644.69.2026. The Subject Of The Agreement Includes 5 Tasks According To Individual Building Locations Described In Annex No. 1 To Swz, I.E.: Task 1: Preparing An Expert Opinion On The Technical Condition Of The Municipal Office In Stąporków, Task 2: Preparing An Expert Opinion Technical Condition Of The Public Primary School No. 1 In Stąporków, Task 3: Preparation Of An Expert Opinion On The Technical Condition Of The Public Primary School No. 2 In Stąporków, Task 4: Preparation Of An Expert Opinion On The Technical Condition Of The Public Kindergarten In Stąporków, Task 5: Preparation Of An Expert Opinion On The Technical Condition Of The Municipal-Communal Center For Culture And Sports In Stąporków. Preparation Of Documentation In The Form Of Documentation Of A Specialized Technical Expert Opinion For The Objects In Question Aims To: 1) Detailed Assessment Of The Current Technical Condition Of The Facilities And Their Suitability For Use As A Temporary Shelter/Protective Structure In The Concealed Category, 2) Identify Structural Problems, 3) Assess The Safety Of Use, 4) Determine The Scope Of Necessary Design Solutions, Introducing Specific Technical Parameters Of Building Partitions Or Installation Equipment, Allowing For Achieving The Status Of An Ad Hoc Shelter/Protective Structure In The Concealed Category, 5) Indicate A Clear Conclusion Determining Whether The Analyzed Part Of The Building Qualifies For Adaptation To The Needs Of A Temporary Shelter Or Hiding Place. The Technical Expertise Should Include In Particular: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Study And The Purpose It Is To Serve, 2) Basis For Preparing The Expertise, 3) Inventory Of The Building (Basement/Underground Part), Which Includes Both The Architectural And Structural Part, As Well As Installation And Finishing Elements. It Should Contain Projections Of The Indicated Floors With The Dimensions Of The Rooms, Wall Thicknesses, The Location Of Window And Door Openings, As Well As The Location Of Key Elements, Such As Plumbing Risers, Columns And Beams, Characteristic Cross-Sections Showing The Arrangement Of Ceiling Layers, Floor Heights, Foundation Depths And Other Important Vertical Relations, And Also Include Photographic Documentation; 4) Description Of The Examined Elements And Structural Solutions Of The Underground Floor Along With Drawing Documentation (Projections, Cross-Sections) And Detailed Photographic Documentation In The Area Covered By The Scope Of The Study, 5) Description And Assessment Of The Technical Condition Of
