1. Name Of The Task: Purchase And Installation Of Solar Lamps In The Bielsk Commune.2. Description Of The Subject Of The Order:2.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of Complete New Led Solar Lamps Without A Wind Turbine In The Planned Quantity Of 114 Pieces In The Bielsk Commune. 2.2. Partial Deliveries Will Be Made In Given Villages In Consultation With The Village Head, In The Quantity According To The List Provided By The Ordering Party, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Contract.2.3. The Order Includes Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, Transport By The Contractor, At The Contractors Expense And Risk, As Well As Unloading, Assembly And Installation In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. 2.4. The Contractor, In The Offered Price, Is Obliged To Include All Materials, Activities And All Costs That Are Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With This Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Applicable Regulations And Standards, Including The Construction Law And Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis, As Well As In Accordance With Its Own Experience And Principles Of Technical Knowledge.2.5. The Led Solar Street Lamps Delivered And Installed By The Contractor Must Be Brand New, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2026, Complete, Marked With The Ce Mark And Have The Necessary Instructions And Guarantees In Polish, And Must Have Confirmation Of Approval For Use In Poland.2.6. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Technical, Operational And Quality Parameters Specified By The Ordering Party, 2.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Mark And Secure The Area During The Installation Of The Lamps, And Restore The Road Lane To Its Previous Condition, B) Install/Embed The Foundation In The Ground In Accordance With The Parameters Specified By The Foundation Manufacturer And The Construction Law, C) Set Up A Lighting Pole, D) Perform An As-Built Surveying Inventory, E) Provide The Ordering Party After The Completion Of The Contract With As-Built Documentation Of The Installed Solar Lamps, Including: From:• A Set Of Warranty Documents,• Material Documentation, I.E. Technical Sheets For The Materials Used And Declarations Of Conformity, • Will Prepare And Provide The Ordering Party With A List Of Serial Numbers Of The Installed Lighting Fixtures, The Above-Mentioned Documents Will Constitute An Attachment To The Final Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Order2.8. Minimum Required Technical Parameters: In Accordance With The Provisions In The Swz 3. The Ordering Party Requires: • The Contractor To Provide A Guarantee And Warranty For The Delivered And Installed Lamps - A Minimum Of 36 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order.
