The Place Of Performance Of Services Is The Place Of Residence Of The Client.4. The Detailed Scope, Period And Place Of Provision Of Services Are Determined By The Decisions Of The Social Welfare Center In Komorniki.5. The Expected Number Of Hours Of Care Services During The Contract Period Will Be Approximately 4,095 Hours Per Year.6. Estimated Number Of Beneficiaries: 30.7.
