The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Sound System Necessary For The Production Of Operas, Musicals And Concerts, Including Outdoor Ones For The Warsaw Chamber Opera With The Necessary Equipment, First Assembly And First Start-Up And Checking The Operation Of The System At The Ordering Partys Location In Warsaw At Ul. Marii Konopnicka 6 – Artistic Pool Stage. The Equipment And Materials Used To Complete The Order Offered By The Contractor Must Be Brand New, Previously Unused And Free From Physical And Legal Defects. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Delivery Of Used, Refurbished Or Demonstration Devices. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order Fully Prepared For Operation, Install, Perform The First Start-Up, Configuration And Instruction For The Ordering Partys Employees. All Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order Will Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations, Health And Safety And Fire Protection Rules. Warranty. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Warranty On All Delivery Elements For A Period Of Not Less Than 24 Months.
