1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Food Packages As Part Of The Safe Haven Project - Support For People In Crisis Of Homelessness Staying In Poznań. Packages Of Food Products Are Intended To Provide People In The Crisis Of Homelessness, Staying In Non-Residential Places In The City Of Poznań, With Access To Food Products Ready For Direct Consumption Or Requiring Only Hot Water For Preparation Before Consumption.2) As Part Of The Order, A Total Of A Maximum Of 2,100 Packages Are Expected To Be Delivered. Each Package Of Food Products Must Be Placed In A Separate Light Packaging, Enabling Its Easy Transport.3) Deliveries Will Be Made Successively, In The Amount Of 300 Packages In One Tranche, On 7 Dates Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Contract. Delivery Dates May Be Changed After Prior Agreement Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor.4) On The Day Of Delivery, The Delivered Package Must Have A Shelf Life Of At Least 6 Months.5) A Detailed Description Of The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Contract Template Together With Annexes, Constituting Annex No. 4 Of The Swz.
