The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Bus For The Transport Of Disabled People Within Area D Of The Program For Equalizing Differences Between Regions Iii With Technical Parameters And Equipment Consistent With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Program For Aligning Differences Between Regions Iii Co-Financed By Pfron Funds. 3. The Subject Of The Order Should Meet The Following Requirements: 1) Meet All The Features Specified In The Terms Of Reference And Be Consistent With Applicable Standards, 2) Be Brand New, Unused, Technically Efficient, Safe, Complete And Ready For Work, 3) Have A Complete Set Of Technical Documentation. 4. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Collected At The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party. 5. The Subject Of The Order Includes Training For Persons Who Are Representatives Of The Ordering Party In The Operation And Maintenance Of The Vehicle Together With The Devices And Equipment Constituting Its Equipment.
