Tenders are invited for Demolition of the Old Kindergarten and Construction of a 12 Classroom School & Hall. Al-Waha Petroleum Company Limited, operating the Al-Ahdeb Oil Field Development Project in Wasit Governorate / Al-Ahrar District, hereby announces, for the first time, the above- mentioned tender. Local and international specialized companies possessing the requisite capability and competence are hereby invited to contact Al-Waha Petroleum Company Limited (C&P&L Department), expressing their intent to participate in the tender, via the email addresses indicated below, effective as of the date of publication of this announcement. All applicants must comply with the following conditions when submitting their tenders: 1. Submit color copy of the documents mentioned below, and the bidders commit to provide all original documents before receiving our Letter of Award. 1.1.For Iraqi local companies should submit the following: a) Color copy of the Valid ID of the Ministry of Planning ID (construction grade 8). b) Copy of the Companys Registration and Certificate. 1.2.For Foreign companies should submit copy of all registration documents belonging for their company from their countries or their branch in English language, and the registration documents in Iraq. 1.3.A valid Tax ID and a valid non-prevention issued from GCT (General Committee of Taxes). 2. The execution duration of the project is 450 calendar days after CONTRACTOR receives COMMENCE TO WORK (CTW) from COMPANY. 3. The estimated cost for the project is USD 955,545.00. 4. All bidders must provide initial insurance (Bid Bond) with value (12,000 $) amount in USD only, provided in the form of a bank certified check or letter of bank guarantee, entitled to (Al-Waha Petroleum Company Limited) (The Bank Guarantee should be issued by a bank registered in the Central Bank of Iraq (CBI) electronic platform, and should contain the company name and tender number, otherwise any bidder who couldnt provide this requirement will be considered disqualified), and be effective for at least one year from the date of closing the tender, the bid bond should be in the name of the bidder or (i.e. shareholders in the company or companies participating under a partnership contract), the period of validity of the tender (one year) from the closing date of the tender. 5. The tender must be submitted by the authorized company manager or by a shareholder or their authorized person. 6. If more than one bidder participates in the submission of a single tender for the execution of the contract (joint venture), their responsibilities would be (Solidarity and Symbiotic) and they should provide the legal Approved copy of the joint venture with their offer. 7. The bidders shall submit the Proposals in English language to AL -WAHA Kut camp before the deadline of tender. Bidders Proposals shall consist of: a) Technical proposal (with USB Memory for the technical offer that can be read and compile). b) Commercial proposal (with USB Memory for the commercial offer that can be read and compile). c) Bid Bond with value (12,000 $). The above requirements should be in three different stamped and sealed envelopes and mention the tender number and title and companys contact information on the envelopes, and shall be submitted strictly in accordance with the ITB documents. 8. Proposal Submission deadline is 16:00 in Baghdad Time on 07/09/2026 in Ahdeb Oil Field Site \ Main gate, Al-Waha Base Camp, and after this date no offer will be accepted, if the closing day coincided with an official holiday, the next official working day would be a date for deadline. 9. Al-Waha Company would not be obliged to accept the lowest offer. 10. In the event of any necessary enquiry or clarification regarding the technical details of the project, please inform the C&P&L Dept. before the date of 04/09/2026 by email or hand it over directly to C&P&L dept. for the purpose of answering as soon as possible before the bidding date. 11.
