The Procurement Is Divided Into Seven (7) Separate Plowing Runs. The Bidder Can Submit A Bid For One, Several Or All Runs And For All Or Part Of The Types Of Work Defined In The Request For Bids. The Customers Primary Goal Is To Choose One Contractor For The Same Run To Be Responsible For All Winter Maintenance Tasks. If Total Bids Are Not Received, Selections Can Be Made By Type Of Work In Accordance With The Comparison Procedure Defined In The Request For Bids.
