The Letterhead paper must bear the names and Nationalities of Directors of the Company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorized officer of the Firm. 4. COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS (GOODS & WORKS) Interested companies are to collect tender documents at the Procurement Unit in Federal University of Allied Health Sciences, Enugu upon presentation of evidence of payment of non-refundable Tender Fee of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000,00) per lot paid to Federal University of Allied Health Sciences, Enugu. 5. SUBMISSION OF PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS The completed Technical and Financial bids are to be submitted in TWO (2) COPIES EACH WHICH WILL INCLUDE ONE (1) ORIGINAL AND ONE (1) COPY. The documents should be in TWO (2) SEPARATE SEALED ENVELOPES clearly marked with TECHNICAL and FINANCIAL BID and both sealed in a third envelope marked with the APPROPRIATE PROJECT TITLE AND LOT NUMBER at the top right hand corner and addressed to; The Vice Chancellor, Federal University of Allied Health Sciences, Enugu, Enugu State. Furthermore, the reverse of the sealed envelope should have the name and address of the bidder and dropped in the designated Tender box at the Office of the Registrar, not later than Monday 24th August, 2026. 6. SUBMISSION OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) Interested firms in Consultancy Services are to submit the Expression of Interest (EOI) for each of the lots desired in three (3) hard copies each (one original and two copies).
