Aug 2026 DCA aims to save lives and build resilience within communities in Lebanon that need support through the provision of protection services, basic assistance, and livelihoods support, among other sectoral interventions. DCA clears landmines and other explosive remnants of war to reduce safety risks and release of land to the population for improved socio-economic development. DCA is seeking to establish a preferred supplier agreement for solar panels,this tender is intended for the supply and replacement of solar panels that were damaged or destroyed during the recent conflict in Lebanon. The replacement of these solar panels aims to restore access to essential energy services for affected communities and households in the targeted areas impacted by the conflict.
