Scope of Supply and Services The selected company shall be responsible for: Conducting a site inspection and confirming the actual installation measurements; Supplying brand-new indoor LED display systems; Supplying and installing supporting frames and mounting structures; Providing complete control systems, video processors, power supplies, receiving cards, cables, connectors, and related accessories; Completing electrical and signal connections; Installing, configuring, testing, and commissioning both LED display systems; 2 Ensuring clear image quality, uniform brightness, accurate colour, and stable operation; Providing user training, operating manuals, and basic maintenance instructions; Providing spare parts, warranty, and after-sales technical support; Cleaning and restoring the installation areas after completion. 3. Warranty and Completion Period The supplier shall provide a minimum warranty period of 36 months from the date of final acceptance. The proposed delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning period should be clearly stated in the submission.
