The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Conclusion Of A Contract For The Provision Of Complex Security Services Consisting In The Protection And Physical Guarding Of Persons And The Clients Movable And Immovable Property, As Well As The Property Of Third Parties Located On The Clients Premises. Part Of The Performance Is Also The Security Of The Clients Facilities Through A Pco-Type Monitoring System, Including The Reception, Evaluation And Processing Of Alarm Signals From Detection And Transmission Devices Located In The Clients Facilities And Their Transmission To The Suppliers Supervisory Workplace. The Supplier Is Obliged To Ensure The Immediate Dispatch Of An Emergency Vehicle With An Armed Emergency Patrol To The Object From Which The Alarm Signal Was Received, In Order To Prevent The Occurrence Or Spread Of Damage, To Carry Out An Inspection Of The Object, To Find Out The Cause Of The Alarm And, If Necessary, To Take The Necessary Security Measures, Including Detaining The Offender Until The Arrival Of The Police Of The Czech Republic.
