The Regional District Of Fraser-Fort George (“Regional District”) Invites Written Quotations From Qualifiedcontractors To Provide Solid Waste And Cardboard Recycling Bin Collection Services At The Regional Districtadministration Building Located At 155 George Street, Prince George, British Columbia.The Work Includes:1. Supplying And Maintaining One 6.6-Cubic-Yard Solid Waste Bin And One 6.6-Cubic-Yard Cardboardbin;2. Collecting The Solid Waste Bin Once Per Week;3. Providing Additional Solid Waste Collections When Requested By The Regional District; And4. Collecting The Cardboard Bin On An On-Call Basis When Requested By The Regional District.For Information Purposes, The Cardboard Bin Has Historically Required Collection Approximately Once Permonth. This Historical Frequency Is Provided To Assist Bidders In Preparing Their Quotations And Does Notrepresent A Guaranteed Quantity Or A Regularly Scheduled Monthly Service.The Contractor Will Provide All Labour, Supervision, Collection Vehicles, Equipment, Bins, Fuel,Transportation And Incidental Services Necessary To Complete The Work In Accordance With The Contractdocuments.The Contract Term Will Be From September 1, 2026, To August 31, 2029. The Regional District May, At Itssole Discretion, Extend The Contract For Up To Two Additional One-Year Periods.
