With This Request For Tender, The Following Is Procured: Building Engineering Contractor. The Tasks Of A Building Engineering Contractor Include The Implementation Of Heating, Water And Sewerage, Ventilation, Electricity And Building Automation Systems And Sprinkler And Gas Extinguishing Systems. The Form Of Contract Is A Split Contract, Where Side Contracts Are Subordinated To The Main Contract. In The Axel New Construction Project, Vaasas Klemettiläki Central Fire Station Will Be Implemented. In The Project, A Three-Story New Building And Two Separate Garage Buildings Will Be Built On A Plot Of Approx. 15,400 M2. Two New Vehicle Interchanges And An Emergency Traffic Interchange Will Be Built On The Site. Parking Areas For Staff And Customers, A Logistics Yard And Asphalt Areas For Emergency Traffic And Training Activities Are Located In The Yard Areas. The New Building Houses An Exercise And Hose Tower, The Height Of Which Is Approx. 25 Meters. A Fuel Distribution Point Is Also Located On The Plot. Project Scope And Requirements: Rescue Station Building (Rak 1) Is 6060 Brm2, 31,933 M3, Garage (Rak 2) 178 Brm2, 7145M3, Garage (Rak 3) 157.0 Brm2, 548 M3, With Canopy 163 M2, And Training Tower. The Fire Class Of The Building Is P1. The Indoor Climate Class Is Defined For Each Space, Being Either S2 (Spaces In General) Or S3. We Follow The Terve Talo And Kuivaketju 10 Operational Models, As Well As The Clean Fire Station Concept. Cleanliness Management Is Monitored In The Project During Construction. The Project Is Carried Out As A Security-Classified Project, Where Planning Material Must Be Kept Secret (Julkl (612/1999) § 24.1 § 7-8 K) And It Is Treated As Tl Iv And Site Practices Follow The Projects Information Security Agreement.
