The Quantities Are Not Binding On The Orderer, The Orderer Does Not Have An Obligation To Purchase In Quantity And The Supplier Does Not Have An Exclusive Right To Deliver The Products. Products Are Ordered During The Contract Period According To The Customers Needs. The Customer Has The Right To Also Purchase Products Other Than Those Named In This Request For Quotation From The Selected Supplier. In Addition, The Orderer Has The Right To Purchase Products From Other Suppliers Than Those Selected On The Basis Of This Tender. A Procurement Framework Agreement Will Be Drawn Up Between The Orderer And The Supplier. The Contract Period Of The Framework Agreement Is Two (2) Years From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2028.
