The City Of Seinäjoki Acquires An Electronic System For The Preparation, Maintenance And Communication Of Rescue Plans For Its Own Use And That Of Group Companies. In Accordance With The Rescue Act (379/2011, § 15), The Rescue Plan Contains The Conclusions Of The Hazard And Risk Assessment, The Safety Arrangements Of The Building And The Premises Used In The Operation, Instructions To Be Given To People To Prevent Accidents And To Act In Accident And Danger Situations, As Well As Possible Other Measures Related To Self-Preparedness Of The Site. The Contract Period Is 1 January 2027 - 31 December 2028. The Contract Ends Without Notice. The Customer Reserves The Right To Extend The Contract As An Indefinite Contract For The Option Period Starting On January 1, 2029. The Use Of The Option Shall Be Notified In Writing No Later Than Three (3) Months Before The End Of The Contract Period. If The Contract Continues, The Procurement Contract Will Be Applied During The Option Period Under The Previous Conditions, In Accordance With Those In Force At The End Of The Contract Period. When Submitting A Bid And Signing The Procurement Contract, The Contract Supplier Undertakes For His Part That The Contract Will Continue For The Specified Period, If The City Of Seinäjoki So Wishes. During The Contract Period, There Is No Commitment To Minimum Order Quantities And Only The Amount Allowed By The Available Funds Will Be Procured. The Quantities Mentioned In The Request For Quotation Are Indicative Estimates And Do Not Bind The Customer. The Quotation Is Binding And Must Be Written In Finnish. The Entire Procurement Process Is In Finnish.
