Work Detail
The Present Assignment For Carrying Out Road And Sewerage Works In Sint-Lievenslaan On The Territory Of The City Of Ghent Includes In Particular The Renovation Of An Existing Brick Sewerage System. The New Concrete Sewer Will Be Located Almost At The Same Depth And Route As The Existing One (±250M). The Sewerage System Is Located Under The R40 (Regional Road - Small Ring Road Of Ghent). For The Renewal, The Road Package Must Be Broken Up At The Slow Lane And The Cycle Path. The Existing Cobblestone Parking Strip And Concrete Tile Sidewalk Will Remain In Place. The Site Layout Will Involve A Bicycle Diversion And Traffic On The R40 Will Be Diverted From 2 To One Lane During The Works. There Are No Interferences With Utility Lines. However, Some Pipes Cross The Sewerage Trench.
