The Objectives Of This Tender Are: - Selecting And Contracting One Contractor For Printing Services, In Line With Hls Objectives. - Recording Clear Agreements With The Contracted Supplier For The Duration Of The Agreement. - Comply With Spp Aspects, With A Focus On Sustainability. The Following Matters Are Part Of The Scope Of This Tender: - Supply And Implementation Of Printing Equipment (Printers And Multifunctionals); - Delivery And Implementation Of A Cloud-Based Print Management System; - Maintenance And Support On The Hardware And Software Required To Provide The Services; - Delivery Of Consumables. However, The Following Matters, Which Could Reasonably Have Been Part Of The Scope, Are Explicitly Not Part Of The Scope Of This Assignment: - Standalone Scanning Equipment; - Label Printers; - Large Format Printers (Plotters); - Delivery Of Paper; - Outsourced Printing Work (Repro Orders); - Commercial Printing (Letterhead, Envelopes And Marketing Materials).
