Dynamic Procurement System For The Supply Of Food Products For Sumar, Public Services Of Social Action Of Catalonia Mp, Sl.The Present Contract Regulates The Establishment Of A Dynamic System Of Acquisition (Hereafter Sda) And The Operation Of Contracting Derived From The Supply Of Food Products For Human Consumption. The Food Products Supplied Are Grouped Into Seven Categories: 1) Pantry, 2) Frozen Food 3) Beverages 4) Fruit And Vegetables 5) Meat 6) Dairy And 7) Thickeners. In The Case Of Category 6 (Dairy Products) Derivative Contracts Will Be Reserved For Special Social Initiative Employment Centers And Insertion Companies (Ei), In Accordance With The Fourth Additional Provision In Relation To The Fourteenth Final Provision Of The Lcsp And With Rdl 1/2003, Of November 29, 2013, By Which The Revised Text Of The Law Is Approved General Law Of Persons With Disabilities And Their Inclusion.
