Software Package And Information Systems – Licenspartner. Mullsjö Municipality Intends To Sign A Framework Agreement With A Supplier Who Will Be The Purchasers License Partner. The Purpose Of The Framework Agreement Is To Ensure A Qualitative, Efficient And Effective Delivery Of Licenses, Software, Support, Maintenance And Related Services. The License Partner Shall, Among Other Things, Be Responsible For The Mediation, Delivery And Invoicing Of Licenses, Subscriptions, Software And Associated Services And Assist The Customer With Information On License Terms, Prices, License Models, Support, Maintenance, Upgrade Rights And Renewals. The Supplier Is Expected To Have An Advisory And Proactive Role Towards The Customer And Must Be Able To Contribute With Expertise In Both Ongoing And More Comprehensive Issues Linked To Licenses, Software, Subscriptions, Cloud Services And Associated Agreements. The Role Also Includes Drawing The Customers Attention To Opportunities For Cost And License Optimization, Consolidation, Standardization And Other Measures That Can Create Added Value. The Framework Agreement Covers The Following Services: Purchase Of Licenses And Related Services Consulting And Environmental Monitoring Monitoring Of Contracts Follow-Up Cost And License Optimization In Addition, The Framework Agreement Includes The Possibility To Call On Services Within: License Management/Sam Service Specialist Support Product-Related Services The Framework Agreement Does Not Include Stand-Alone Services Hardware Acquisitions Or Independent Consulting Assignments That Have No Direct Connection To Licenses, Software, Subscriptions, Support, Maintenance Or Product-Related Services Within The Software Areas Specified In The Framework Agreement.
