Tenders are invited for Design, Construction and Commissioning of Two Storied Students Complex at University of Vavuniya, Pampaimadu, Vavuniya All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of LKR 5,000,000.00 which should be in favor of Vice Chancellor, University of Vavuniya, obtained from a commercial bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka and CGF with acceptable format valid up to 01.03.2027 (added minimum 28 days beyond bid validity). The bid security should be "on demand" and "unconditional" and on the format given in the bidding document.
