Tenders are invited for Pao - Rehab Work at Korkosak and Darashakran Camps Selecting a qualified and experienced contracting company to carry out the required work according to the approved technical specifications, bills of quantities, and plans, ensuring quality, safety, and completion of the work within the specified timeframe. 2. Scope of business : First: Well rehabilitation · Inspection, evaluation, cleaning and rehabilitation of wells. · Maintenance or replacement of pumps, control panels and electrical wiring as needed. · Repair or replace damaged water transmission lines and pipes. · Maintaining tanks and accessories and conducting the necessary tests. Second: Repair and rehabilitation of sewage and drainage networks · Detecting damaged parts, cleaning and opening sewer lines. · Repair or replace pipes, inspection chambers and their covers. · Addressing blockages and leaks and repairing drainage lines. · Rehabilitating the areas damaged as a result of excavation work and conducting tests. Third: School rehabilitation · Maintenance work on walls, ceilings, floors, and painting. · Repairing doors and windows. · Maintenance of toilets, sanitary facilities, and water and sewage works. · Electrical work, lighting, switches and sockets. · Repairing yards, walkways, and any works listed in the bill of quantities. Fourth: Rehabilitation and installation of solar energy systems The works, as per the technical specifications and bill of quantities (BOQ), include the following: · Technical inspection of existing solar energy systems and assessment of their condition. · Repair or replace damaged solar panels, batteries, inverters, charge controllers and components. · Supply and installation of new solar panels with the required specifications and capacity. · Supply and installation of batteries, structures, bases and mounting accessories. · Implementation of electrical wiring, cables, circuit breakers, protection panels and grounding. · Repair or install panel structures to ensure stability and safety. · Connecting the solar energy system to the targeted loads in schools and designated facilities. · Conduct tests, trial runs, and ensure the efficiency and safety of the system before delivery. · Training the relevant officials on safe operation, use, and basic maintenance. · Providing a guarantee for equipment and work in accordance with the terms of the contract. · Note: The required system capacity, number of panels, battery capacity, inverters, and the rest of the components and final quantities are determined according to the site inspection, technical study and approved Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The Peoples Relief Organization (PAO) is working to rehabilitate and improve several infrastructure and basic services in the Korgosk and Darashakran camps, aiming to enhance the living conditions and environment for beneficiaries and ensure a safe and suitable environment. The work includes rehabilitating wells, repairing sewage systems and networks, rehabilitating several schools, and installing and repairing solar power systems within the camps.
