The door must be inected molded using Nylon 66 plastic with ultra violet stabailization. 2. The door must be able to fit onto the city of cape of cape town existing signal head aspects with traffic light signal brass pin pivots. 3. The door must close using spring loaded locking clips 4. Opening of the door must be tool less for ease of maintenance. 5.The door must be able to retro fit existing signal heads used in Coct maintaining the ingress ratings. 6.The door must be able to allow universal Fitment for all LED modules used in the Coct. 7. The door must also be able toi fit existing sun visors used by Coct.
