1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Works Under The Task Titled: Modernization (Renovation) Of The Concert Hall And Water Pump Room In The Marconi Sanatorium (Task). 1.2 The Task Includes: Renovation Of The Northern Facades Of The Main Building And Side Wings Of The Marconi Sanatorium (Entered Into The Register Of Immovable Monuments Of The Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship Under No. A 20/1-2 Of April 22, 2008) Along With The Renovation Of The Concert Hall And The Water Pump Room In Terms Of The Interior, Roof Trusses And Ceilings, Along With Renovation, Reconstruction And Construction Of The Installation Internal. The Implementation Of This Project Is Planned In Two Stages, Of Which The First Stage (Stage I) Covers All Renovation, Construction And Installation Works, While The Second Stage (Stage Ii) Covers All Works And Conservation Works, Which Will Be Carried Out As Part Of A Separate Procurement Procedure. Construction And Conservation Works Will Be Carried Out Based On The Approved Construction Works Design - Decision No. 125/2026 Of May 14, 2026. Starosta Of Busko, Decision No. 168 A/2026 Of The Świętokrzyskie Provincial Conservator Of Monuments In Kielce, Construction Works Design, Multi-Sector Technical And Executive Designs And The Conservation Work Program. Stage I Includes All Renovation, Construction And Installation Works That Can Be Performed At One Time In Full Scope, As Well As Preparatory Works And Works Preceding The Commencement And Implementation Of Conservation Works, And After Their Completion, Continuation Of Finishing Works. This Will Involve The Need To Properly Correlate The Works And Their Implementation Dates For The Two Stages. Final Acceptance Of The First And Second Stages Will Be Carried Out Simultaneously In The Same Period.
