The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Installation Of Chilled Water For The Cooling Of The Mri Technology Device Located On Level -2 Of The Research And Teaching Building Of The Jagiellonian University Collegium Medicum At Ul. Medyczna 7A In Kraków, Including Adaptation Works For The Installation Of This Device, And Construction And Installation Works Enabling The Installation Of Air Compressors In Rooms No. 02.12 And 01.120 In The Building At Ul. Medyczna 7A In Kraków.1.1 Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Proceedings In Question If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Awarded To It.1.2 The Subject Of The Order Was Described In Detail In Annex A To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Technical Documentation, I.E. Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb), Which Are An Integral Part Of The Swz.2. 2.
