1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works On The Investment Task Titled: Construction Of A Warehouse And Garage Hall On The Premises Of Oszkw At Ul. Grygowa 10 2. The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 1) Construction Works Consisting In The Demolition Of Two Existing Warehouse Halls And The Construction, In Their Place, Of A Warehouse Hall With An Office And Garage Part Along With Land Development, Necessary Technical Infrastructure And The Performance Of All Accompanying Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Construction (Stwiorb), The Decision On The Building Permit, Applicable Legal Provisions And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge.2) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Works And Activities Necessary To Implement The Investment As A Complete, Fully Functional And Ready-To-Use Facility, In Accordance With Its Intended Use. 3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Works In A Way That Ensures The Safety Of People And Property, Does Not Pose A Threat To Neighboring Facilities And Does Not Cause More Than Necessary Difficulties In Their Current Operation. 4) As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Develop And Provide The Ordering Party With Complete As-Built Documentation And All Documents, Statements, Protocols, Test Results, Measurements And Other Studies Required By Law, Necessary To Report The Completion Of Construction Or Submit An Application For A Decision On The Construction Permit By The Ordering Party.
