A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In This Specification, In Particular The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 1 To This Specification, As Well As The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Specification.3. Elements Of Works Not Included In The Offer Calculation Or Priced, And Resulting Directly From The Tender Documentation (Functional And Utility Program, Specification), Will Be Deemed By The Ordering Party To Be Valued And Included In The Offer, Without Any Claims By The Contractor In This Respect. Due To The Above, Contractors Are Required To Thoroughly Check The Documentation And The Conditions Prevailing In The Investment Area.
